PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an e-ticket file which can not be stolen and copied, and also easily can execute processes such like certification, handling, and refund.;SOLUTION: An e-ticket issuing system is structured so as to connect a center 1, which issues tickets, and a user's portable terminal (mobile phone 3) via communication network 2; and the center receives telephone number information, which identifies the mobile phone, and booking request information, which identifies kinds of event of which the user requests booking of the ticket and the number of tickets, inserts the telephone number information and creates a ticket file according to the booking request information, transmits the created ticket file to the mobile phone, and the mobile phone stores the ticket file in a storing means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
