PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally and efficiently create cultivation design and plan for crops to promote efficient agricultural production suitable for the weather environment of a predetermined area.;SOLUTION: Using cultivation case data related to target crops and their kinds in a plurality of areas and weather environments in the plurality of areas, which are estimated with a real-time mesh generation method, an appearance state of a weather environment at each growth stage of target crops and their kinds is predicted.
