PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver fresh live information such as an image or a sound of a distant scenic spot and a crowded sightseeing spot by getting them from a 'correspondent' who happens to be there. SOLUTION: The information delivery system manages directories of the live information by each area and facility. A portable information device carried by the correspondent autonomously works with these directions, and informs location of the live information to a user. The user of the live information refers to the directory and the live information is delivered with protecting the anonymity of the 'correspondent'. Besides, incentive is awarded to the correspondent by distributing a reward for the providing the live information.
