PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expert service provision system making effective use of members at all times.;SOLUTION: The expert service provision system comprises expert servers 104, users' terminals 106, and an expert management server 108. The expert management server includes an expert server management device 408 for classifying and registering the expert servers according to fields; a reception device 402 for receiving inquiries from the use's terminals; a classification device 412 for classifying the contents of the inquiries according to the fields; a selection device 414 for dynamically selecting one, two or more expert servers belonging to the fields which correspond to the contents of the inquires; an inquiry device 416 for inquiring the contents of the inquiries of the selected expert servers; and a transmission device 402 for receiving answers from the expert servers and transmitting the answers to the users' terminals. The system further includes an evaluation device 418 for quantitatively evaluating the services of the expert servers according to given evaluation parameters so that expert servers can be selected based on the evaluations made by the evaluation device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
