PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce high-quality non-wood pulp by using its production system through solving problems involving effluent liquid treatment as a result of cutting the amounts of chemicals to be used 1/10- to 1/15-fold.;SOLUTION: This pulp production system works as follows: nonwood is smashed with a pretreatment unit 4 while washing, and then made to flow between a plurality of cylinders, and subsequently passed through a multistage pulp production machine, and then bleached by charging a bleaching agent, thus continuously pulping the nonwood in a short time at low cost; wherein the multistage pulp production machine for subjecting the nonwood to agitation, washing, compression, dewatering, heat generation and crushing includes rotating shafts penetrating through the plurality of respective cylinders, having respectively independent driving units and mounted with spirally turning blades 1, and further the rest of which is exchangeably mounted, in an engaged fashion, at each block, with kneading blades 3 provided crossedly with crushing blades.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
