PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide two-way interactive education which enables trainees to take individual lessons and to provide mutual education for trainee who cannot take lessons at the specified time. SOLUTION: A main computer 10, a computer 30 for instructors, and a computer 40 for trainees are connected through the Internet 20. The main computer 10 is constituted of a database part 80 and a servo part, and the database part 80 includes a D/B 82 for management, a teaching plan D/B 84, and a moving picture/voice/correction D/B 86. The servo part includes a Web servo 91 for connection to and use of the Internet, a teaching servo 93 by which an instructor trains trainees or supports training of them, a media servo 95 which supports operation of many media, an on-demand servo 97 which enables trainees to take lessons in non-real time, and a chat servo 99 for conversation between trainees and the instructor.
