PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for measuring the deterioration of a protein preparation containing physiologically active protein molecules during the manufacturing and storage of the preparation, especially, the deterioration thereof due to degeneration rapidly and simply with high sensitivity.;SOLUTION: The deterioration of protein molecules caused by degeneration is easily detected by measuring the bonding properties of a fluorescence probe like ANS to the sample of the protein preparation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
