PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release sheet which is used for the manufacture of a synthetic leather and can impart a matte finish or a peach skin finish appearance and feel to the surface of a synthetic leather and further, is used for the repeated manufacture of a synthetic leather of a varying color without color migration, and a synthetic leather with a high matte finish or a peach skin finish surface manufactured using the release sheet.;SOLUTION: The release sheet 10 is constituted of a releasable resin layer 2 with fine irregularities formed at least on the surface, formed on a base sheet 1 and a releasable transparent synthetic resin applied in such a way that it remains at the bottoms of the recessed parts of the fine irregularities.
