PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to a local area by providing nursing services for the area residents and to rationally perform operation management by a computer system by using facilities and functions of an enterprise. SOLUTION: The enterprise 10 which operates nursing facilities is provided with a nursing room 11. Meals for nursing are cooked in a kitchen 12 of the enterprise and medical services are provided in a medical office 13. Office work and management for the nursing services are performed in an office 14 and a pickup bus operation management section 15 manages the operation of a pickup bus. Further, a server 16 which manages an intranetwork of the enterprise and a Web server 17 which has homepages associated with the nursing services are installed. Further, a hospital 20 which provides medical services for the nursing room 11 of the enterprise, a bank 21 which collects charges for the nursing services, and an insurance company 22 which provides insurance services such as liability insurance participate in the nursing services.
