PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluating device for mental and physical conditions in which everybody can easily evaluate mental and physical conditions in the manner of invasion regardless of fan environment, can control the mental and physical conditions and further can objectively and quantitatively evaluate its effects. PSOLUTION: The device is provided with a biological rhythm detecting part 12 for detecting the biological rhythm of a living body, a biological rhythm information recording part 50a for recording biological rhythm information based on the biological rhythm detected by the biological rhythm detecting part 12, a stimulation part 27 for stimulating the mental and physical conditions of the living body, a stimulated biological rhythm information recording part 50b for recording stimulated biological rhythm information based on the stimulated biological rhythm detected by the biological rhythm detecting part 12 while the stimulation part 17 stimulates the living body, and an evaluation part 16b for evaluating a change in the mental and physical conditions of the living body on the basis of the biological rhythm information and the stimulated biological rhythm information.
