PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and efficient corporate control support system.;SOLUTION: Through a network 7, for example, certificates of shareholder voting right are sent from a general assembly information processing system 2 to shareholder terminals 3, letters of attorney are sent from the shareholder terminals 3 to representative servers 4, and voting right exercise letters are sent from the representative servers 4 to the general assembly information processing system 2. A sender puts a signature with the secret key thereof, transmits the certificates of shareholder voting right (letters of attorney, voting right exercise letters), and receivers verify the signature by decoding the signature with the public key of the transmitter. Thus the authentication of individual can be easily and surely performed and, in addition, the authentication of time can be performed by a time stamper server, and a non-duplication certification can be performed by a notarial server.
