PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the execution of failure diagnosis using time elapsed information interlocking with failure information without utilizing the calender function of a control device with which a vehicle is provided. PSOLUTION: When a failure detecting sensor 2 detects the failure of an air conditioning part 1, failure information is transmitted to a memory part 4 and an actuator operation measuring part 3. The failure information is stored at a memory part 4 and displayed at a system abnormality indicator 28 but when normal carriage return is effected, failure display of a system abnormality indicator 28 is quenched. The actuator operation measuring part 3 counts an operation time of an actuator to drive the air conditioning part 1 and the number of start times from a time of point when failure information is detected, and the number of counting times is stored as time elapsed information at a memory part 4. By effecting analysis of a failure by extracting failure information and time elapsed information from the memory part 4 during repair and inspection, a failure cause can be easily noticed.
