PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize efficient management of a completed property and to achieve shortening of introduction period of a user and cost reduction.;SOLUTION: Information of failure regarding the completed property from a customer 1 first comes to a call center 3. Attribute data of the completed property of the customer 1 is extracted on a customer information picture, a map of a location of the completed property is displayed, the contents of the failure are confirmed and its state is heard at the call center 3. A person 4 in charge of complaint at a builder and a cooperative company (construction company) 5 is informed of occurrence information of this failure. The person 4 in charge of the complaint contacts the cooperative company to undertake construction on receiving the information and consults countermeasures. The person 4 in charge of the complaint at the builder informs the customer 1 of scheduled countermeasures such as repair and the contents of it is simultaneously inputted as failure countermeasure state information of a customer data base.
