PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root of an end block with a shape which can be shaped by metal molds while maintaining the widening of a region of flow measurement by fluidic vibration output to the side of a region of a small quantity of flow, by stabilizing fluidic vibration in the region of a small quantity of flow.;SOLUTION: This fluidic element 1A comprises a channel 5 formed by sequentially connecting a channel narrowing part 2, a nozzle 3, and a channel enlarging part 4 larger than the cross-sectional area of the nozzle 3; a vibrator 7 arranged at a location opposing an exit 6 of the nozzle 3 in the channel enlarging part 4; and the end block 8 arranged at a location on the downstream side of the vibration inducer 7 in the channel enlarging part 4. The element 1A is shaped through the use of a plastic material so as to form a shape symmetric with respect to a center line passing through the center of the nozzle 3. The upstream-side end of the channel narrowing part 2 and the downstream-side end of the channel enlarging part 4 are open, and a plurality of grooves 9 are formed in wall surfaces on both sides of the channel narrowing part 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
