PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed sore preventive cushion later simply fitted to a paper diaper to reduce the pressure applied to the sacrum part to 0 mmHg/cm2 , a cushion for a wheelchair, capable of preventing bedsore of the sacrum part, and a throw-away portable cushion capable of preventing the buttocks from having pain even in the case of sitting for a long time. SOLUTION: This seal with a doughnut-like cushion for preventing bed sore is stuck to a position of the paper diaper to which the sacrum part abuts from the outside, and the sizes of a bore is regulated to a circle with a diameter ranging from 8 cm to 15 cm, and the thickness of the cushion is also regulated.
