PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening part lid which is capable of preventing odor emission when the lid is opened, performing the measurement of charged stuff even in a vessel or an equipment of any odor generation source, sorting and checking the charged stuff, and saving the power, the labor and the running cost.;SOLUTION: In a vessel, two-stepped opening part lids including an upper lid and a lower lid are connected to each other. The upper lid and the lower lid are connected to each other in an interlocking manner via a connection member so that the lower lid is fully closed when the upper lid is fully opened, the lower lid is fully opened when the upper lid is fully closed, and the volume of the charged stuff is freely designed according to the depth of a circumferential side wall.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
