PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the speeding-up and the high efficiency of manufacturing steps for business form having a multi-layer structure and also the easy separation of each constituent business form, with regard to a method for manufacturing the multi-layer business form comprising a specified number of lapped business form paper pieces to be separated, a sheet for the multi-layer business form and the multi-layer business form.;SOLUTION: The formation of a rereleasable adhesive layer 17 over the entire face and back of a continuous business form base material and the formation of an image printing ink layer 18 which prints an image at a specified part are performed in an appropriate order. Further, a unit base material comprising a first sheet 12 to a third sheet 14 continuously formed by cutting lines 15 and 16, is cut off the continuous business form base material and the part of the cutting lines 15 and 16 is folded inward to obtain a unitary multi-layer business form 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
