LEGALLY REASONING-AND-ANALYZING METHOD, LEGALLY REASONING-AND-ANALYZING DEVICE, LEGAL-REASONING AND- ANALYSIS VOTING SYSTEM, LEGALLY REASONING PROGRAM, STORAGE MEDIUM IN WHICH THE PROGRAM IS STORED AND LEGAL MAP-PRODUCING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a legally reasoning-and-analyzing device and legally reasoning-and- analyzing method which can make the processes of legal reasoning clear.;SOLUTION: The components of a legal map are a three-row system, a quardrilateral and a circle. The quardrilateral is for 'virtual method', and the circle is for 'an inappropriate image (a nightmare, that is, an image which represents undesirability)'. The row of the quardrilaterals extending upward from the lower left side to the upper right side represents 'the system of law' and the row of the circles extending upward from the lower left side to the upper right side represents 'the composition of nightmares (the composition composed of nightmares)'. The most typical thread of reasoning in such an establishment is expressed with a bold line in Fig. 6 which is a thread extending zigzag as shown in Figure. A more detailed method is formed by dialectically sublating an initialization method and the nightmares. The reason why the law concerned is established is clearly recorded by expressing the process of the thinking by the figure of triangles (a legal map).
