PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control customer purchasing information capable of providing for analyzing a purchasing history of a customer by using a POS system without requiring a vast investment.;SOLUTION: This point seal issuing device 7 issues a point seal 33 of printing a point and information on a selling history according to a purchasing amount of the customer. Details of the selling history are stored in a selling history storage device 9. The customer gathers the point seal 33, and presents the seal to a store together with customer information 37. The store reads the selling history printed on the point seal 33 by a selling history reader 11.
