PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary energizing mechanism which can apply upward energizing force to a movable body moving downward with its downward movements. SOLUTION: A case 41 for a mechanism containing a spiral spring 35a and a spiral spring 35b is built in a front board 23. A shaft 34a on which an end of the spiral spring 35a is mounted penetrates through a cover of the case 41 for a mechanism and extends outward, and an end of a supporting arm 33a is attached to the shaft 34a. The supporting arm 33a is placed to make contact with a lower part of a supporting roller 36a attached to a side of the front board 23 of a face board 16. The spiral spring 35a produces force energizing in the opposite direction to the clockwise rotary movements of the supporting arm 33a with its movements, and transmits the force to the supporting arm 33a through the shaft 34a. An upward force applied to the face board 16 reduces its substantial weight.
