PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building having a PRC structure, which is not cured until a curable composition completes the tension of a tendon and is cured within a fixed period after that and can hold high corrosion protection.;SOLUTION: In the building having the PRC structure, prestress is introduced to reinforced concrete by the tendon. The tendon has a core material, the curable composition applied on the surface of the core material and a sheath covering the surface of the curable composition.
