PSOLUTION: A log information input part 11 acquires log information from a customer terminal 2. A log information analyzing part 12 digitizes the log information to be reflected on a numerical log DB 161. A preventive maintenance decision processing part 13 compares numerical log information and a stipulated threshold value of a stipulated threshold value DB 162 and selects one method from prescribed coping methods. A decision result display processing part 14 generates a message according to the selection result to be transmitted to the customer terminal 2 and a maintenance manager terminal 3.
