PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fairly and quickly disclose information of a listed company having large influence on trade and the like of a bond in a proper time.;SOLUTION: A transmission server disclosing company information related to bond trade to a plurality of processors in a proper time is provided with a registration means for registering company information, a means for delivering the company information registered by the registration means to a WWW server via a ground line while setting the information private, a means for distributing the registered company information to a receiving server via a communication satellite while setting the information public and receiving receipt completion information from the receiving server, a means for recalculating a publication time in the WWW server on the basis of the receipt time of the receipt completion information, and a means for disclosing the company information delivered to the WWW server matching the receipt completion information at the recalculated publication time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
