PURPOSE: To provide a structure of liquid chromatographic column and a method and device for injecting a sample into the column, with which it is possible to inject the sample into the surface of a filler easily without removing an end cap and also to scatter the sample uniformly. ;CONSTITUTION: A sample injecting hole 8 inclined to the center line of the body 2 of a column is provided in an end cap 4 for the column 1, and the sample is injected into the hole 8 while an outer tube 12 is rotated by the use of a sample injecting device 11 which is composed of outer tube 12 formed curvedly and a flexible inner tube 13 inserted through the outer tube 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
