PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor that can easily monitor portable radio telephone equipment even when one or more communication interfaces of the portable radio telephone equipment are all used for communication processing with respect to an external device. SOLUTION: A monitor task 25 of a portable telephone equipment 11 converts data of its own and data outputted from a communication control task 24 respectively into data of a packet form in the case of communication in a monitor mode, multiplexes the communication data via a 2nd interface 21L, and gives the communication data to a monitor use personal computer 34 via an interface box 28. The personal computer 34 refers to a header of the received packet data and discriminates whether the packet data are data outputted from the monitor task 25 and addressed to the personal computer 34 or data outputted from the communication control task 24 and addressed to a personal computer 31, and the personal computer 34 reads the data and applies monitor processing to the data when the packet data are outputted from the monitor task 25 or inversely converts the packet data into data of a non-packet form and outputs the non-packet data to the personal computer 31 when the packet data are outputted from the communication control task 24.
