PURPOSE: To obtain an oil and fat-containing tablet rapidly disintegrating in an oral cavity, having smoothness without roughness, excellent in touch in an oral cavity. ;CONSTITUTION: This tablet contains both a first granule comprising oils and fats and an excipient as essential components and a second granule comprising an excipient as an essential component but not fats and oils and is obtained by compression molding. The excipient is a water-soluble saccharide such as a monosaccharide, an oligosaccharide, a sugar alcohol, etc., and its amount is 70-93wt.% based on the whole first granule and 85-97wt.% based on the whole tablet. The oils and fats are solid at a normal temperature, have 30-37°C melting point or are mixed with the excipient to show 30-37°C melting point and are vegetable oils and fats (e.g. corn oil), animal oils and fats (e.g. cream) and hard fats. The amount of the oils and fats contained is 70-30wt.% based on the whole first granule and 3-20wt.% based on the whole tablet. The whole tablet is mixed with 0.001-40wt.% of a pharmacodynamically effective component and properly a lubricant, a flavor, a colorant, etc., and pharmaceutically manufactured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
