PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic financial transaction system, an electronic credit card system, an electronic commodity installment system and an electronic money system which are safely available in a wide range of application. ;SOLUTION: This system consists of a mobile terminal 2 having a portable telephone function and a mobile center 3 which can communicate with the terminal 2 and a financial institution system 4. The terminal 2 includes a financial transaction request means 8, a mobile communication means 13, a mobile display means 14, a mobile input means 12 and a mobile storage 15. The center 3 includes a center communication means 18, a financial transaction relay means 19 and a center storage 25 having a financial relative information data base 26.
