Cold mixes of bound, open, semi-solid, solid, stockable and grave-emulsion type, are produced from granulates and bituminous emulsions by subjecting mix, after destabilization of emulsion and appearance of demulsified water, to mechanical agitation to produce foaming of such water at the latest after 1 minute for mixes of type (1) and 3 minutes for mixes of type (2). An Independent claim is also included for bituminous emulsion comprising at least one bituminous binder, water, at least one cationic, anionic or non-ionic emulsifying surfactant and preferably at least one additive A and at least one additive B.
