Device for generating microwave signals has at least two laser diodes, photodiode, frequency filter and high frequency amplifier; both laser diodes illuminate common photodiode
The device consists of at least two laser diodes (3,4), a photodiode (7), a frequency filter (8) and a high frequency amplifier (9). The emitted radiation of both laser diodes illuminates a common photodiode. The laser diodes emit different frequencies with a frequency difference in the range between 50 and 100 GHz.
