Method for decentralized processing of customer documentation of a company by an external agency connected to customer records in conversation mode but without used of external programs. Accordingly incoming post, fax and e-mail of an outsourcing company is forwarded to an external service provider by provision of a dialogue or conversation type connection to the outsourcing company's computer system so that its internal database can be used with special internal software.
