Multifunctional support assembly for motor vehicle's radiators has spacer installed between radiator mounting and body of vehicle and made from different metal material to that used for construction of radiator mounting
The multifunctional support assembly for motor vehicle's radiators has a radiator mounting (16) in functional communication with the front end section of the vehicle and manufactured from a first pressure cast metal material. A spacer made from a second metal material different from the first is installed between the radiator mounting and either the body (14) or chassis frame of the vehicle so that galvanic corrosion of the radiator mounting is prevented. The first metal material may be magnesium or magnesium alloy and the second aluminum or aluminum alloy.
