The system has a radiator module (1) and an insertion chamber (6) with a base body (7), a nozzle system, lateral sealing elements and inlet and outlet elements (8,9). The sealing elements seal the chamber outlet element with respect to the sheet feed cylinder (4) and the inlet element with respect to the cylinder gap between the feed cylinder and a preceding cylinder (5). A region transmissive to drying radiation is formed on the base body.
