A cheese delicacy with cream cheese layers (2, 3, 4) has at least one of these layers containing a chocolate and/or cocoa product. An Independent claim is included for production of the delicacy by mixing chocolate particles (7) and/or a chocolate or cocoa paste into one or more of the layers at the pre-mixing stage.
