Method in which mobile phone numbers and associated phone user data are stored in a database (12). Also stored in the database are supplier (20) data and identifiers. A mobile phone message, including a supplier identifier, representing an order is sent to a mobile phone message handling service (60, 70). The mobile phone user data and the supplier data are called up from the database and an order is drawn up from a combination of the two data sets. The invention also relates to a corresponding computer system (10) for implementing the method.
