Tests or adjustments that can be carried out with the engine static, i.e. not driven using an electric motor, are carried out during transport of the engine (3) to a testing station. To carry out the tests, the engine is carried using a specially adapted pallet (2) that has integrated electronic testing and adjustment systems (11). An Independent claim is made for an engine transport pallet that can be used to carry out testing and adjustments to an engine during transport.
