The system to convert manure into fertilizer pellets has a container (1) holding12 m3 of manure and 2 m3 of soil together with 1 m3 of carbon powder to be stirred (4) together and mixed by a recirculating pump (3). The manure mass is extracted by a vacuum pump (11) through a fine-mesh sieve (8), to be separated into solid and liquid fractions. The solid mass fills mold containers (6), and the liquid is transferred to a holding tank. The molded cakes (13) are further dried by solar energy (12) to extract any residual moisture. The stored liquid is treated with mineral additives to encourage the growth of bacteria, and release methane for heating. Liquid compounds e.g. ammonia are formed into salts e.g. ammonium sulfate or ammonium phosphate, and the remaining water is saved for irrigation during dry spells.
