Indirect solar radiation detection device for air-conditioned vehicle, has radiation incidence area exposed to thermal or solar radiation and so arranged that thermal radiation impinges onto sensor
A photosensor having radiation sensitive area is positioned in interior side of housing of solar radiation detection device (54) installed in passenger compartment (20) of vehicle. The housing includes a radiation incidence area which is exposed to thermal radiation or solar radiation. The sensor area of the at least one photosensor is so arranged relative to the radiation incidence area of the housing, that thermal radiation but no direct solar radiation impinges onto the sensor area. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) Air conditioning system in vehicle; (b) Air-conditioned vehicle; (c) Operation unit for vehicular air conditioner
