FIELD: medicine; pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: preparation has glycerol and a mixture of 40-90% alcohol tinctures and/or extracts of medicinal herbs each of which shows therapeutic activity giving at least one action from a selected group including adaptogenic, vegetotropic, immunomodulating and cerebrotropic effects. The preparation possesses all selected activity types. The preparation optionally has alcohol tinctures and/or extracts of Rhodiola rosea L. and/or Paeonia anomala L. and/or garlic and/or Herba Gnaphalii uliginosi and/or Vinca minor L. and/or Aralia melanocarpa L. and/or Sorbus aucuparia L. and/or rind of Periploca graeca L. and/or Pimpinella anisum L. and/or Mentha piperita L. and/or Folium Eucalypti viminali Labill. and/or Artemisia absinthium L. and/or Fructus Rubi idaei and/or dewberry and/or black currant and/or oak wood as the alcohol tinctures and/or extracts of medicinal herbs. The preparation is manufacturable as mixture, balsam or nutrient additive. Efficient functional psychosis prophylaxis is related to the primary activity types of a complex and extracts of the medicinal herbs.
