FIELD: food industry and medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biologically active additives to food and is designed for prophylaxis and reduction of uncomfortable phenomena connected with such unfavorable factors as weather change, sun and geomagnetic storms. Biologically active additive containing multicomponent mixture of medicinal herbs includes dry extract of ginkgo leaves, hawthorn flowers, deviating peony root, common valerian root and/or common motherwort herb, ginger root, licorice root, immortelle flowers and/or blessed milk thistle fruits, L- glutamic acid, and also microcrystalline cellulose at definite ratio of components. EFFECT: broadened assortment of biologically active additives providing higher efficiency of prophylaxis and reduction of weather dependence, reduction of sensitivity to sun and geomagnetic storms. 2 cl, 2 ex
