The present invention is applied to the growth of plants and organisms by applying pore concrete using recycled aggregate, crushed stone, and cement surface-treated granular fertilizer to the environmental pollution and ecosystem damage areas due to the indiscriminate development of river lakes and coastal areas and the increase of pollutant inflow. By supplying nutrients necessary for the induction and securing the vegetation base and inducing the early growth, it is excellent in the environmental restoration effect by the plant chain of natural ecosystem, and recycled resources through the effective utilization of waste by using recycled aggregate manufactured from waste concrete. It is a method for manufacturing plant-grown porous concrete using recycled aggregate, crushed stone and cement surface treatment granular fertilizer with the aim of developing technology to reduce environmental pollution.;In the manufacturing method of the present invention, the blast furnace slag fine powder content of blast furnace cement and 30% of ordinary portland cement are used, and the aggregates are 5-10 mm, 10-25 mm, 25-40 mm of crushed stone and recycled aggregate, and water. -Binder ratio is 24 to 30% and porosity is 18 to 30%. Silica fume and fly ash are used as admixtures as industrial by-products, and the mixing ratio is 5 to 20% and 10 to 30%, respectively, in the cement weight ratio. Also, as a admixture to improve the properties of concrete by dispersing cement, 0.5 ~ 3.0% of high-performance AE water reducing agent is mixed in the weight ratio of cement. Nitrogen- and phosphorus-based minerals are used to facilitate the implantation and growth of plants and organisms in porous concrete. As a fertilizer, granular fertilizer with a size of 1.0 to 4.0mm is used, and recycled aggregates and parts mixed into the porous concrete by surface treatment of the granular fertilizer with cement paste in order to prevent the fertilizer from dissolving easily when blended and immersed in water. It is characterized in that for producing vegetation forage concrete using a pure stone and cement surface-treated granular fertilizer.
