PURPOSE: An electronic paying method for performing a payment and issuing a lottery ticket simultaneously in an on-line shopping mall is provided to supply a compensation in accordance with a purchase in an on-line shopping mall to a user. CONSTITUTION: A user searches a commodity in an on-line shopping mall and decides a purchase(S210). A payment in accordance with a commodity purchase is requested. The user must select a lottery payment for receiving a lottery ticket in a paying process(S220). If the processes of payment and lottery purchase are completed(S230), lottery information received to the user with a payment result is displayed(S240). If a lottery ticket supplied to the user is drawn(S250), a lottery payment server supplies prize winning money to the user(S270,S280). At this time, if the number of possessors of the corresponding ticket is more than two persons(S260), the prize winning money is divided and supplied(S270).
