PURPOSE: A method of preparing mixed laver of sheet laver and seaweed laver by adding 0.1 to 5% by weight of chitosan oligosaccharide to conventional laver material is provided which makes it possible to form a laver sheet without the addition of a binding agent and produces mixed laver having good color and low brittleness during drying. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of laver products containing 0.1 to 7.0 parts by weight of alginic acid of laminaria and 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of alginic oligosaccharide, 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of Undaria pinnatifida powder, 10 to 90% by weight of sheet laver powder, 1 to 10 parts by weight of laver powder or green laver powder or 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of an extract of sheet laver, laminaria, Undaria pinnatifida, green laver and laver, 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of glycoside material and 0.1 to 5% by weight of chitin and chitosan is placed in a plate, pressurized under reduced pressure or compressed pressure and then sterilized at a pH of 4.5 to 7.5 at a temperature of 40 to 70.
