PURPOSE: A method for storing, maintaining and utilizing the latest statistical data received from a mobile communication exchange by a TMN agent is provided to allow a TMN agent to effectively store and maintain a statistical data received from a mobile communication exchange(MSC) and recognize a state and a performance of the MSC on a real time basis by utilizing the stored data as a visual graph. CONSTITUTION: A TMN agent receives a statistical data from an MSC for every certain period. The data received for every certain period substitutively overwrites a specific file, and also stored in a different file again before the overwriting. In order to manage the file stored according to a time change as well as reduce a load to the TMN agent. The data is read from the file where the data is directly stored to obtain information on a file position where the data is to be stored, so that the data of the latest certain time period can be stored and maintained in a specific area in the data file. It is determined whether the number of data exceeds the storage-available maximum number of data, and if the former number exceeds the latter number, the data substitutively overwritten at the position of the earliest stored data. A data of a position information file is circulatively shifted leftward and updated as the same time of storing the data.
