PURPOSE: A system for evaluating a justice using the Internet to a judgment and a game management of coaching staff of a sports game is provided to remove a sports irrationality by supplying data with respect to a decision of an umpire of a sports game and a game management of coaching staffs and storing a scene having a criticism with respect to a justice in an additional CD. CONSTITUTION: A broadcasting medium(200) includes a broadcasting station server(210) for converting relay broadcasting into data and transmitting the data. A terminal(100) includes a web browser for watching a screen through the broadcasting medium(200) in a computer. A web server(300) transmits a sports game transmitted in the broadcasting medium(200) to each terminal(100). A game rule DB(400) is connected to the web server(300) and stores game rules according to each sports game. An umpire/coaching staffs DB(500) stores personal information of an umpire and coaching staffs. A decision criterion DB(600) stores data or screen having a special state or a definite decision criterion. A justice evaluation criterion DB(800) stores justice evaluation criterions of an umpire and coaching staffs through the terminal(100). A search DB(900) supplies corresponding information based on an actual picture and graphic data to a netizen. An advertisement DB(800) is provided for being inserted into a relay broadcasting through the web server(300).
