PURPOSE: A pattern mold for forming shaped material on common concrete wall side is provided to obtain varied and fine patterns of the shaped material by simply processing on outer wall of the concrete structure and to reuse the pattern mold in field to be applied. CONSTITUTION: The pattern mold(10) comprises a boundary flange(110) to be adjacent and fixed to a concrete wall side; a mold body(100) having unevenness forming side(101) to form a shaped material; and introducing and air-permeable components(200,250) at upper side of the body(100). The body(100) has a securing component(11) passing through its wall. The flange(110) contains a plurality of fixture holes(111) at equal space. The flange(110) is provided with a rubber packing(112) and introduced with mortar by the introducing component(200). The flange(110) has the unevenness side(101) together with a first and a second coupling taps(102,103) efficient to connect the introducing component(200) and the air-permeable component(250).
