PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a particle circulation speed in an internal circulation flow layer reactor is provided, which predicts a stay time for a solid material to stay in the reactor. CONSTITUTION: A hopper(16) is installed in an outer wall of a body(1), and a tracker(14) of the same material as a layer material located in a moving layer(8) is stored in an inner wall of the hopper, and a heater(15) capable of heating the tracker is installed in an outer wall of the hopper. A tube(17) is connected to the hopper and the body, and a solenoid valve(19) is installed on the tube and enables to inject the tracker located in the hopper into the body through an air. A thermistor(20) is installed between the tube and a dispersion plate(5) and measures a speed of the tracker moving in the moving layer. And a signal detection device(21) is connected to the thermistor and detects a signal by receiving the signal measured by the thermistor.
