PURPOSE: A center monitoring and control system for the management of water resources is provided to effectively monitor, control, and manage the amount of water to be supplied, the storage amount of water, and so on. CONSTITUTION: The center monitoring and control system for the management of water resources comprises a divided branch office(300,300a,300b) for automatically controlling the amount of water to be supplied; a relay station(200,200a,200b) for collecting control situation data from at least one divided branch office, and managing and controlling the data; and a central control and monitoring station(100) for collecting the control situation data from at least one relay station, and managing, monitoring, generalizing, and controlling the data.
