PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of footpath block, brick, tile, cement stone, cement brick, cement footpath block, median strip and curbstone, which is characterized by using recycled sludge generated from thermal treating wastewater sludge in a rotary kiln. Therefore, the products have no shrinkage and cracking unlike conventional products manufactured by sintering in a tunnel kiln. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of brick, tile and footpath block is as follows: preparing a recycled sludge by dehydrating wastewater sludge or mixed sludge of wastewater and glaze, crushing to 10-50mm of size and thermal treating at 600-1300deg.C in a rotary kiln to prevent transformation of products; mixing 45-55% of recycled sludge, 8-12% of clay and 36-44% of yellow earth; dehydrating by compression; forming and drying; and sintering within the temperature of thermal treating. Also, cement stone, cement footpath block, median strip and curbstone are manufactured by mixing 72-88% of recycled sludge with 18-22% of cement, forming and curing.
