PURPOSE: A system for managing an educational institution is provided to supply a standard education to an educational institution, a teacher, students, and a parents of students by managing general businesses of medium and small-sized educational institutions in a server for supplying an educational institution managing service at an on-line. CONSTITUTION: A communication network(10) connects a communication line among a plurality of educational institution managing computers(20), a server computer(30), and a plurality of user computers(40) for performing a data communication related to an educational institution managing service. The educational institution managing computers(20) constructs a communication environment for connecting to the server computer(30) supplying an educational institution managing service through the communication network(10), and connects to the server computer(30) and inputs member registration data in accordance with a predetermined form data and performs a member registration. The server computer(30) constructs an educational institution managing program and stores member registration data being inputted from the educational institution managing computers(20) connected through the communication network(10) in a database. The user computers(40) performs a communication connection with the server computer(30) or the educational institution managing computers(20) and receives data related to an activity in the corresponding educational institution or educational institution information data.
