PURPOSE: A transfer film used in gypsum boards for a building and textiles for the ceiling which improves aesthetics by transferring various patterns on the surface of interior materials for a building such as gypsum boards or textiles, and which can be simply manufactured by reducing a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: The transfer film used in gypsum boards for a building and textiles for the ceiling comprises a board(20) which is formed by kneading gypsum with water; an adhesive layer(30) which is directly adhered and fixed onto the upper surface of the board(20) so that the adhesive layer(30) is transferred, thereby adhered onto the upper surface of the board(20); a printing layer(40) to which various patterns, figures, characters, letters and colors are added; a protective coating layer(50) which protects the printing layer(40); and a releasing layer(60) which is formed on the protective coating layer(50) so that the above layers are easily separated from the releasing layer(60), wherein the above layers are integrated and sequentially fixed in inverse order, and the transfer film further comprises a transfer film layer(70) which is formed on the releasing layer(60) so that it is removed by being stripped off the releasing layer(60).
